About The Position

BestDrive is hiring Service Technicians at all levels (I, II, III, and IV). Qualified external candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $4,500 depending on the technician level.

Requirements

Valid driver's license required.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work.
Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements.
Required to lift 75-100 lbs. routinely; may be required to occasionally lift up to 150 lbs. individually.

Nice To Haves

Tire, automotive, diesel, fleet, or related service experience preferred.
Strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotations, repairs, and replacements.
Service commercial truck, fleet, and passenger vehicle tires.
Respond to roadside service calls and customer emergencies.
Conduct inspections and identify tire-related maintenance needs.
Operate service vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.
Deliver exceptional customer service at customer locations and service facilities.
Follow company, DOT, and OSHA safety standards.
Support training and development as you advance within the technician career path.
