Requirements
- Curiosity and strong mechanical/technical ability
- Willingness to learn dairy systems & cow physiology (yes-it's fascinating!)
- Solid communication and documentation skills
- Professionalism, reliability, teamwork
- Mechanical: 1 year (Required)
- English (Required)
- Ability to commute/relocate: Juneau, WI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities
- Install, service & troubleshoot advanced dairy, robotic, and refrigeration systems
- Join a rotating 24/7 on-call team for emergency repairs
- Analyze system performance to keep high-tech dairy operations running smoothly
- Build expertise in robotics, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and welding
- Train directly with manufacturers & industry pros
- Deliver outstanding customer service that farmers can count on
