About The Position

Premium Velocity Auto PVA / Jiffy Lube is looking for high-energy, reliable, customer-focused team players to join their team as a Service Technician. This role offers a chance to build a long-term career with no prior automotive experience required, as the company provides comprehensive training. The Service Technician helps customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles and is fully cross-trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

Nice To Haves

Any level of automotive experience
Valid Driver’s License (strongly preferred)
State Vehicle Inspector License (a plus)
Customer service or sales experience
Strong communication and listening skills
Positive attitude and ability to multitask

Responsibilities

Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records
Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.)
Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
Participate in on-site and online training
Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
Perform other assigned duties
