About The Position

EAGLERIDER, established in 1992, is the world's largest motorcycle tourism company, specializing in rentals of Motorcycles, ATVs, Dirt Bikes, and Scooters. They offer a wide selection of perfectly maintained Harley, Indian, Honda, Triumph, Kawasaki, and BMW motorcycles, providing one-way rentals or guided tours between franchise facilities globally. In 2023, EAGLERIDER expanded to include Off-Road guided UTV tours. The company is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join their team. The successful candidate must be MMI/UTI/WyoTech trained with verifiable experience, possess a strong work ethic, and be willing to mentor less experienced technicians while fostering a positive work environment. The role requires high proficiency, insurability, and being up to date on PHD training.

Requirements

  • MMI/UTI/WyoTech trained with verifiable experience.
  • Must be insurable.
  • Must be endorsed (M1 class driving license with good driving record).
  • Up to date on PHD training.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Willing to share your knowledge and help mentor less experienced techs.
  • Help sustain a positive work environment.
  • Valid M1 class driving license with good driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Mechanics Certification from a certified Trade School.
  • Multi-brand/metric experience.
  • A working knowledge Yamaha, BMW, Triumph and Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

Responsibilities

  • Competent in diagnosing and repairing Harley, Yamaha, Triumph and BMW Motorcycles with a strong emphasis on Harley.
  • Accurately perform full and complete diagnosis on products in for service.
  • Communicate repairs necessary both verbally and in writing to managers.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to safety and quality workmanship.
  • Work in a clean, professional manner.
  • Follow safety guidelines both in the workshop and when out on test rides.
  • Train, mentor, and transfer skills to less experienced technicians.
  • Proficient in meeting deadlines and completing work productively and profitably.
  • Abide by all dealership policies pertaining to the department.
  • Follow company dress codes and be well groomed at all times.
  • Perform any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and/or the dealership as a whole.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees.
  • From time-to-time work weekends, evenings and extra shifts to assist in company productivity with minimal tardiness.
