Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in general maintenance
• Basic computer skills, including smart phone and email
• Excellent time management skills
• Physical ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 50 pounds, climb ladders/scaffolding, stoop, bend and walk on uneven surfaces, and have good hand dexterity
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a vehicle that can transport materials and tools such as a ladder and screen

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 1 year of experience performing basic home repair work

Responsibilities

• Assessing, repairing, and replacing parts and components to fix any issues our customers are having with their windows.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace window components, door panels, and hardware, including sashes, door panels, hardware, operating mechanisms, caulking, adjusting product for better functionality, and trim replacement.
• Provide a high level of customer service and provide solutions for service issues.
• Ability to perform any other duties or responsibilities deemed necessary by management.
