About The Position

In-N-Out Burger is seeking a full-time Maintenance Service Technician IV to cover the Las Vegas, NV market. This role is part of the Service department and requires HVAC certification. The technician will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all In-N-Out Burger restaurant equipment, including cooking equipment, A/C units, refrigeration, plumbing, light carpentry, and doors/shelves. The position requires working independently, traveling to stores for emergencies, and observing safety guidelines. Candidates must live within a 30-mile radius of Las Vegas, NV.

Requirements

Must have EPA certification and HVAC certification
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in working in refrigeration, air conditioning repair, restaurant equipment repair
Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience
Knowledge of High Voltage AC Power (3 Phase)
A valid NV Driver’s License (Company vehicle provided)

Nice To Haves

"Soda Fountain" and trade school experience is a plus
Strong experience working as a Maintenance tech on commercial jobs

Responsibilities

Maintenance and repair of all In-N-Out Burger restaurant equipment - cooking equipment, A/C units, refrigeration, plumbing, light carpentry, door, shelves, etc.
Working well independently with little or no supervision
Traveling to the In-N-Out stores in your region at a moment’s notice, in case of emergencies
Observing all safety guidelines and maintaining the cleanliness of your specific work area
