Service Technician STM 750
About The Position
The Service Technician STM 750 is responsible for mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing all types of tires from passenger, light trucks, large trucks to industrial. This role also involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing semi-trucks and trailers, including commercial tires, HVAC, brakes, steering & suspension, PM inspections, drive train, and electrical systems. The technician will be responsible for the safe operation of company vehicles and compliance with traffic regulations. Additionally, the role includes performing fleet inspections, participating in training, following safety procedures, and adhering to company policies. The technician will also load and unload stock, assist with physical inventory, and work with tire TPMS (Tire Pressure Management System). Any other duties as assigned are also part of the responsibilities.
Requirements
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift and/or move tires weighing between 30-250 lbs. with or without mechanical assistance.
- Repetitive and sustained exertions, forceful exertions, awkward postures, mechanical stress concentrations, vibrations.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Nice To Haves
- Experience with heavy duty/commercial tires preferred, but not required.
- Ability to drive a service truck (F-350) to an onsite location where customer is broken down
Responsibilities

- Responsible for safe operation of company vehicles including compliance with speed and traffic regulations
- Fleet inspections
- Participates in training, follows safety procedures, job duties and company policies
- Load and unload stock and assist with physical inventory.
- Work with tire TPMS (Tire Pressure Management System)
- Any other duties as assigned.
