Rose is the nation’s oldest pest management company, family-owned and operated since 1860. For more than 150 years, we’ve combined tradition with innovation to protect homes, businesses, and communities across Michigan, Ohio, and parts of Indiana, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. At Rose, you’ll find more than a job—you’ll discover a career with stability, growth, and purpose in a recession-proof industry. We live by three core values: Responsiveness – We move quickly to meet our clients’ needs and support our team. Teamwork – We collaborate, help each other grow, and celebrate success together. Doing the Right Thing – We act with honesty, integrity, and care—for our clients, our team, and our communities. If you want to like what you do, make a difference, and grow with a team that has your back, Rose is the place to be. This entry level position will give you the opportunity to train and develop into the role of a future Pest Management Route Technician, where you will manage your own route. We provide a fully paid comprehensive training program, including state licensing. As a Service Technician, you will be the touch point between the organization and our clients; responsible for managing an established route of clients and building and maintaining a great relationship while providing first class service. You are more than just a technician taking care of pest infestations. You will use your investigative and deductive reasoning skills to analyze and find the root cause of the problem, suggest corrective actions and implement a resolution. You may need to perform minor equipment or structural repairs as well. You will help our clients maintain a pest-free environment that protects their brand, their clients and by a greater extension, the general public.
