Requirements

Minimum 2-4 years of proven industry experience as a full-service Service Technician or Mechanic
ASE Certifications preferred
Must possess the necessary tools and equipment for the position as an automotive Service Technician
Availability to work holidays, weekends, and after regular business hours as needed
Ability to move and lift up to 60 pounds
Ability to meet company requirements, including a successful pre-employment drug screening, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and criminal background check

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests on various vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical components.
Identify mechanical and electrical issues accurately to determine necessary repairs and replacements.
Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks to ensure vehicle longevity.
Utilize specialized tools and computer systems to carry out repairs and updates in accordance with manufacturer standards.
Maintain comprehensive service records and document all work performed clearly and accurately.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain vehicle issues, recommend repairs, and outline service timelines.
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
