About The Position

Provides direction and/or training to Field Technicians in accordance with RbA guidelines. Ensures superior field support on RbA products and accurate technical measures prior to installation by either directing others or performing the tasks. Provides direction and training to Field Technician I and II's. Ensures that Tech Measures and Services are completed in accordance with RbA guidelines. This includes proper documentation. Handles escalated or complex customer issues. Performs both Technical Measure duties and Service duties as needed.

Requirements

• High school degree
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Meets the skills and competency requirements needed for Field Technician II
• Leadership/coaching experience
• Ability to handle escalated customer issues in a professional and respectful manner
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice To Haves

• Renewal installation experience strongly preferred
