About The Position
The Service Technician IV uses practical knowledge to complete moderately complex projects and assignments within the Technician Services family. This role also helps train or mentor less experienced employees and works under general direction. Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning provides HVAC and plumbing maintenance and repair to homes and businesses, with a strong focus on the customer experience and continuous growth. The company aims to be the best and biggest in its markets, maintaining an unwavering commitment to its customers.
Requirements
- 8+ Years Minimum Experience
- High School Diploma/GED Minimum Education
Responsibilities
- Manage tool calibration and readiness
- Prepare service kits with correct parts and PPE
- Run compliance checks on storage and labeling
- Collect and upload service evidence into CMMS
- Coordinate disposal of expired parts and consumables
- Train S1–S3 staff on staging and documentation standards
- Audit inventory and update logs
- Prepare surge kits for emergency response
- Support technicians during complex repairs
- Maintain organized toolrooms and storage areas
