About The Position

In-N-Out Burger has an excellent opportunity for a full-time, experienced Maintenance Service Technician covering the Orange County, CA market. The Maintenance Service Technician needs to be HVAC certified and will work for the Service department. Candidates must live within a 30-mile radius from Orange County.

Requirements

Must have EPA certification and HVAC certification
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in working in refrigeration, air conditioning repair, restaurant equipment repair
Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience
Knowledge of High Voltage AC Power (3 Phase)
A valid CA Driver’s License is required

Nice To Haves

‘Soda Fountain’ and trade school experience is a plus
Strong experience working as a Maintenance tech on commercial jobs

Responsibilities

Maintenance and repair of all In-N-Out Burger restaurant equipment – Cooking equipment, A/C units, refrigeration, plumbing, light carpentry, door, shelves, etc.
Working well independently with little or no supervision
Traveling to the In-N-Out stores in your region at a moment’s notice, in case of emergencies
Observing all safety guidelines and maintaining the cleanliness of your specific work area
