Provide superior field support on RbA products by performing services. Service and repair previously installed RbA products. Analyze and resolve complex/escalated customers situations, determines corrective action to be taken and verify the action has fixed the situation in a cost efficient and effective manner. Keep team member informed as needed of customer interactions and actions taken to resolve service issues. Coach, train and mentor Service Techs. Keep service area neat and organized; inventory service stock area of warehouse; request material replenishment as needed; provide detailed information to Service RSRs. Provide Signature Service to homeowners and peers. Advanced knowledge of RbA window and door installation techniques and ability to correct installation errors. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
