About The Position
The Service Technician II is an experienced HVAC professional responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing residential HVAC systems. This role requires advanced troubleshooting abilities, strong customer communication skills, and the ability to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years residential HVAC service experience.
- EPA Certification required.
- Strong diagnostic capabilities.
- Proven customer communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Nice To Haves
- NATE Certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex HVAC issues.
- Perform advanced electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and controls troubleshooting.
- Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options.
- Perform repair-versus-replacement evaluations.
- Generate memberships and accessory sales opportunities.
- Mentor junior technicians and apprentices.
- Maintain complete and accurate service records.
