Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in maintenance repair.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-screening.
• Must have valid driver's license and I9 required documents
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have reliable transportation.
• A valid driver's license and proof of insurance required, along with a passing criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.

Nice To Haves

• EPA 608 Certified Type I, Type II or Universal (i.e. CFC certification) preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Appliance repair/installation - to include dishwashers, disposals, stoves, and refrigerators. This does not include any task that deals with HVAC/Refrigerate (i.e. CFC, HCFC, HFO, HC).
• Complete Turns, evictions and major furniture moving, exterior/interior maintenance projects.
• Complete service requests tickets in a timely and proficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents
• Repairing and/or installing all appliances and HVAC items as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling
• Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies
• Reviewing, understanding complying and fulfilling training requirements for the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Plans and Programs.
• Perform preventative maintenance program inspections, and other duties as assigned.
