The Service Technician II requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience to complete routine and standard projects and assignments within the Technician Services family. Works under general supervision. This role involves performing residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls, analyzing and resolving customer problems, and diagnosing and servicing heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment. The technician will also inspect equipment, complete routine maintenance, deliver and remove parts, record information using a hand-held device, complete paperwork, collect payment, and communicate with dispatch. A key aspect of the role is delivering excellent customer service, promoting products and services, and representing the company professionally. Responsibilities also include maintaining company property, vehicles, and tools, and following standard procedures for stocking and returning parts.
