About The Position

Brock Cabinets is seeking a Cabinet Service Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with cabinet, carpentry, construction, or handyman experience who enjoys working independently while delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a Cabinet Service Technician, you'll travel to customer job sites in a company-provided vehicle to perform cabinet adjustments, repairs, and service work. Every day is different, providing the opportunity to develop your skills, work directly with customers, and make a visible impact on the finished product.

Requirements

• Experience with cabinets, carpentry, construction, woodworking, or similar trades preferred
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing 50+ pounds
• Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and complete cabinet repairs, adjustments, and service work
• Ensure cabinets are properly aligned, functional, and visually appealing
• Take accurate measurements and identify solutions to field issues
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and team members
• Maintain a high level of workmanship and attention to detail
• Follow company safety procedures and job site requirements
• Represent Brock Cabinets professionally at all times
