This role involves performing residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls. The technician will analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner. Responsibilities include servicing heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, inspecting equipment for potential problems, completing routine maintenance and cleaning, and delivering/removing parts and equipment. The technician will use a hand-held device to record customer call information, complete paperwork accurately, and collect payments. Communication with dispatch is essential for status updates. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service and promoting company products and services, reporting sales leads to the appropriate coordinator. Maintaining company property, vehicles, and tools, and representing the company professionally, honestly, and ethically are also key aspects. Following standard procedures, ensuring the vehicle is stocked, returning warranty parts, and replenishing stock are required. Regular, reliable attendance is expected.
