At Mill Creek Residential, the Service Technician I maintains the overall curb appeal and physical condition of the community. This is a hands-on role involving routine maintenance, painting, cleaning, janitorial tasks, and groundskeeping. The position is responsible for identifying and addressing problems, completing routine service requests, performing maintenance and painting in vacant apartments, and ensuring the grounds and common areas are clean and safe. The Service Technician I makes routine repairs to maintain the community's condition and appearance, working in accordance with operating and safety standards to ensure timely and reliable repairs. They are expected to anticipate and evaluate potential problems and maintain a high level of attention to the community's operational needs. The "day-to-day" duties are determined by the Service Manager and assigned based on the technician's skills, experience, career goals, and the community's needs.
