At Mill Creek Residential, the Service Technician I maintains the overall curb appeal and physical condition of the community. This is a hands-on role requiring routine maintenance, painting, cleaning, janitorial, and groundskeeping tasks. The position is responsible for identifying problems, cleaning, completing routine service requests, performing maintenance and painting in vacant apartments, keeping grounds and common areas clean and safe, and making routine repairs. The Service Technician I works in accordance with operating and safety standards, ensuring requests and repairs are made safely, reliably, and in a timely manner. They anticipate and evaluate potential problems and strive to maintain the highest level of attention to the operational needs of the community. The "day-to-day" duties will be determined by the Service Manager and assigned based on the Technician's skills, experience, career goals, and community needs.
