Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent degree/certificate required
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as assigned, flexible work schedule
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Ability to complete B.E.S.T., Freestyle Install, and Fundamental Skills certifications within 90 days of hire
• Ability to complete company installation training within 90 days of hire

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of beverage experience preferred
• Experience in diagnosis & repair of consumer or commercial appliances preferred
• Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in SAP CONA, Microsoft Outlook, and PDF reader on an iPhone and/or iPad type device

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the transportation, installation, and removal of moderately complex Coca-Cola fountain beverage dispensers and cooler equipment as assigned.
• Clean, and test fountain beverage dispensing and cooler equipment after installation ensuring equipment is ready for the intended use.
• Relocate/move or remove from customer location(s) fountain beverage dispensers and cooler equipment as assigned.
• Effective and appropriate interaction with customers, management, and associates.
• Travel to and from customer locations in assigned area.
• Correctly check-in and check-out equipment and materials (parts and supplies).
• Maintain accurate materials inventory ($6-$8K est. value). Maintain clean and safe work vehicle.
• By use of handheld device; document travel, labor, and materials (parts and supplies) use for each activity.
• Attend meetings as assigned
• Assist with special projects and events as assigned
• Performs other duties as assigned.
