About The Position

We offer paid training and real-world experience from day one. Master Technicians can earn up to $50 per hour flat rate. We have approachable, fair leadership that values technician input and experience, and we provide company-provided uniforms and tool assistance programs as you advance. This opportunity is designed for Class A & Class B Dealership Experience technicians who enjoy their craft but feel capped on hours, growth, or support.
Requirements
- Class A or Class B Dealership Experience technician
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Nice To Haves
- ASE or manufacturer certifications
Responsibilities
- Perform automotive service and repairs.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues.
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently.
