Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Basic mechanical aptitude or interest (school, work, or personal experience)
Ability to lift and maneuver equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs regularly)
Basic computer skills
Ability to work overtime occasionally
Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

Technical or vocational coursework in mechanics or electronics
Previous exposure to pumps, motors, or rotating equipment

Responsibilities

Assist Service Technicians with inspection, service, and repair of rotating equipment
Support shop service work including cleaning, labeling, painting, and preparing customer equipment
Perform general shop housekeeping and organization
Load, unload, and move tools, parts, and equipment
Assist with service documentation and paperwork
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Participate in service meetings and training sessions
Learn products, applications, and service processes through on-the-job training
Work independently or as part of a team to meet service deadlines
