About The Position

We are seeking a Service Technician Apprentice to join our team. Once coming on board, you’ll attend a 7-week paid training program held at our corporate office in Bloomington, MN. This program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for long-term success in the field.

Requirements

Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or related background or experience
A desire to learn and build a career in the commercial kitchen service industry
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid Driver’s license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards
Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required

Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment and appliances at customer locations
Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper PPE use
Use tools to diagnose and repair gas, electrical, water, refrigeration, and steam-powered equipment
Identify common commercial kitchen and HVAC parts and understand basic electrical and related principles
Communicate professionally with customers and team members regarding repairs and service status
Utilize service software and communication tools to provide quality service
