As a Service Technician, you’ll help keep our customers safe on the road by performing tire services, inspections, and basic automotive maintenance. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Automotive or tire experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in an active shop environment
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Team player who enjoys helping customers
  • Technical or vocational training courses in automotive repair, tire technology, or a related field are a plus
  • Familiarity with tire repair tools for tire changes, balancing, and repairs preferred.
  • Willingness to pursue TIA certification with company support and assistance.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects 75 pounds on average. Stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Skill in handling tools and performing precise tasks with hands.
  • Precision in inspecting and repairing tires to ensure vehicle and personal safety
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, understandably explaining technical aspects.
  • Aptitude for diagnosing issues and determining the best course of action for repairs
  • Ability to work well in a team, contributing to a cooperative work environment

Responsibilities

  • Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires
  • Inspect vehicles for tire wear, damage, and basic maintenance concerns
  • Assist customers with tire recommendations and service needs
  • Perform basic vehicle services and safety inspections
  • Operate shop equipment safely and efficiently
  • Help maintain inventory, shop cleanliness, and organization
  • Work as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
