Requirements

• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, as well as competency in electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems.
• Availability for on-call duty related to our 24-hour routine maintenance guarantee.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC or EPA certification is preferred.
• Previous experience in pool operation and maintenance is advantageous.
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out all maintenance tasks for the property.
• Addressing service requests promptly and efficiently.
• Performing pool care, landscaping, grounds maintenance, and preventive maintenance on a daily basis.
