About The Position
Service Technician for an established dealership. The ideal candidate is an experienced troubleshooter with strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, engine, and drivetrain systems, capable of diagnosing and repairing issues efficiently.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proficient in computer use and diagnostic software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive or Diesel Certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience repairing agricultural or construction equipment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair agricultural and construction equipment.
- Document repair notes including customer information, equipment details, serial numbers, and operating hours.
- Provide guidance to customers on proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Utilize the dealer portal to access technical information, manuals, and service updates.
- Ensure accurate parts ordering to complete repairs efficiently.
