This role is crucial in maintaining the beauty and functionality of their apartment community in Hammond, LA. Requirements
- HVAC or EPA certification (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of multifamily experience with a focus on repairs, maintenance, and customer service.
Nice To Haves
- Pool operation and maintenance experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Carrying out all maintenance of the property, including service requests, pool care, landscaping, grounds care, and preventive maintenance on a daily basis.
