About The Position

RichSmith Management is looking for a Full-time Service Technician to join their team at their Apartment Community in West Memphis, Arkansas. The Service Technician plays a vital role in maintaining the property to the highest standards. This role involves addressing service requests promptly, conducting pool care, landscaping, grounds maintenance, and daily preventive maintenance. Requirements

• EPA or HVAC certification is required.
• Must have your own tools.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, as well as competency in electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems.
• Availability to work in an on-call capacity related to our 24-hour routine maintenance guarantee.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred experience in pool operation and maintenance.
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience is preferred.
