About The Position
BFC Solutions is hiring a Service Technician in the Carbondale/Marion area. This role involves traveling to commercial customer locations to perform scheduled HVAC filter service and basic preventive maintenance. Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Comfortable using ladders and working at heights up to 36 feet
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
- Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps
- Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings
Nice To Haves
- Experience in maintenance, warehouse or yard operations, construction, roofing, pest control, cable installation, utility work, delivery/route service, equipment operation, or other hands-on work

Responsibilities
- Driving an assigned route in your company vehicle
- Replacing commercial HVAC filters
- Performing basic preventive maintenance and inspections
- Working independently at customer locations
- Using a smartphone to receive and complete work orders
- Working on commercial rooftops and using ladders
- Loading and organizing filters, tools, and supplies
