Job Description: Rite-Hite Service Technicians will install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. In addition, Service Technicians act as a technical resource for our customers and our sales force. This position works independently or in small teams in a field service environment, and is a primary customer contact.
Requirements
- Experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Must be able to work independently in a field environment.
- Good customer service skills are required.
- Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
- Pre-employment drug test and clean driving record are required, as is a DOT physical.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities.
- Act as a technical resource for our customers and our sales force.
