You won't just be fixing previously installed windows and doors—you’ll be restoring our customers' peace of mind and delivering absolute delight. What Your Day Looks Like Work schedule: 7AM-3:30PM PDT Wednesday-Sunday

Requirements

Basic knowledge of construction, carpentry, remodeling, and framing.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills, basic math abilities, and legible writing.
You are a fantastic listener who handles tricky situations with tact, diplomacy, and grace under pressure.
A high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, climb, bend, kneel, and work with your hands across all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Diagnose & Repair: You are the on-site expert. You’ll troubleshoot warranty claims, take precise measurements, dismantle and reassemble hardware, and ensure every fix is done right.
Communicate & Collaborate: You’ll keep managers, teammates, and homeowners in the loop. You’ll also share field insights with the installation team to help us continuously level up our processes.
Show Up & Show Out: Rain, wind, or shine, you tackle the day with a smile, a "can-do" attitude, and a clean, organized workspace (and service vehicle!).
Own the Process: From submitting neat, timely paperwork to keeping your inventory stocked, you take full ownership of your responsibilities.
