We are looking for a Service Tech 1 who brings positive energy, top-tier craftsmanship, and a genuine desire to leave homeowners smiling. You won't just be fixing previously installed windows and doors—you’ll be restoring our customers' peace of mind and delivering absolute delight. What Your Day Looks Like Work schedule: 7AM-3:30PM PDT Wednesday-Sunday Diagnose & Repair: You are the on-site expert. You’ll troubleshoot warranty claims, take precise measurements, dismantle and reassemble hardware, and ensure every fix is done right. Communicate & Collaborate: You’ll keep managers, teammates, and homeowners in the loop. You’ll also share field insights with the installation team to help us continuously level up our processes. Show Up & Show Out: Rain, wind, or shine, you tackle the day with a smile, a "can-do" attitude, and a clean, organized workspace (and service vehicle!). Own the Process: From submitting neat, timely paperwork to keeping your inventory stocked, you take full ownership of your responsibilities. What You Bring to the Team The Skills: Basic knowledge of construction, carpentry, remodeling, and framing. (Got 1+ years of window installation experience? You’re already ahead of the pack!) The Smarts: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, basic math abilities, and legible writing. The Empathy: You are a fantastic listener who handles tricky situations with tact, diplomacy, and grace under pressure. The Essentials: A high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. The Muscle & Grit: Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, climb, bend, kneel, and work with your hands across all weather conditions. Requirements

Basic knowledge of construction, carpentry, remodeling, and framing.
