About The Position

At Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, Service Technicians install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. They also serve as technical resources for customers and the sales force. The role works independently or in small teams in a field service environment and serves as a primary customer contact.

The position requires welding experience and experience working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Candidates must be able to work independently in the field, provide good customer service, work outdoors and at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds. Driving a company vehicle requires a pre-employment drug test, a clean driving record, and a DOT physical.
