Huntington Technology is looking for an entry-level IT Triage team member to join our service team in Bingham Farms, MI. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a critical part in making sure support requests are answered, documented, prioritized, and routed quickly. Day to day, this person will help answer incoming calls and emails, create and update service tickets, gather clear details from end users, perform basic troubleshooting for common desktop, laptop, printer, phone, Office 365, and connectivity issues, and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate technician. The right candidate should be reliable, customer-service focused, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced MSP environment where clear communication, urgency, documentation, and follow-through matter every day. This is a great role to help anyone ramp up their technical skills and elevate to higher roles within Huntington Technology.
