The Service Team Member role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. This role also involves completing truck unloading, merchandise stocking, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the Brand Promises. Additionally, team members will engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The position requires participation in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, as well as merchandise recovery and maintenance. Team members will also support shrink and safety programs, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and interact positively with colleagues. Cross-training in Custom Framing is also part of the role, along with other assigned duties.
