This role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Responsibilities include completing truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the brand promise. The position also involves engaging customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Additionally, the role requires participation in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, merchandise recovery, and store maintenance to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store. The Service Team Member will also perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, support shrink and safety programs, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. Team members are expected to interact respectfully, remain positive, and promote the organization's vision and values, serving as a role model. This position is cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production, with other duties as assigned.
