This role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Responsibilities include completing truck unloading, merchandise duties, maintaining store recovery standards, and engaging customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. The position also involves assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), participating in stocking and planogram processes, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Team members are expected to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, interact respectfully with others, and promote the organization's vision and values. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.
