The Service Team Member is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping and locating products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading and merchandise tasks, maintaining store recovery standards, and supporting the company's Brand Promises. Team Members will engage customers regarding the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and facilitate Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The role also involves participating in stocking and planogram (POGs) processes, merchandise recovery, and general store maintenance. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs, supporting shrink and safety initiatives, and fostering a positive and respectful environment are essential. Additionally, the position requires cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.
