About The Position

Tucker's Onion Burgers is a premium fast-casual restaurant specializing in Oklahoma style Onion Burgers, Fresh-cut Fries, Hand Dipped Shakes and One Salad. This position performs a variety of duties including greeting and serving guests, receiving payments, shake preparation, stocking product, refreshing displays, and floating and maintaining cleanliness of all areas of the front of house. Requirements

Hands-on individual who is service and hospitality oriented.
No previous restaurant experience required.
Must be available to work weekends.
Frequent use of hands and arms.
Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to frequently bend and twist from the waist.
Verbal and written English fluency.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests, making them feel comfortable and attended to.
Maintain knowledge of food, beverage, retail products, processes, and services.
Inform guests of specials and seasonal items.
Make genuine recommendations to guests.
Answer questions about food, beverages, and other store functions and services.
Manage the bag order system.
Accurately and quickly ring guest orders into the POS system.
Process guest payments, including cash, credit, and debit transactions.
Promote and process the Tucker’s Loyalty Card program.
Stock beverage and condiment areas accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of front of house areas, including restrooms, service areas, and equipment.
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
