About The Position

At Pitfire, the team is described as family, caring deeply about warm service, good vibes, and serving the community great food and drinks. They are looking for positive and friendly service team members to be the first smiling face guests see. Service team members are expected to multi-task and work different roles every day, including food runner, busser, expediter, counter and floor service. Pitfire is part of a family of restaurants that includes American Beauty Steakhouse and the Window in Venice, Superba Food + Bread in Venice and Hollywood, Superba Snacks and Coffee in Pasadena and North Hollywood, as well as Pitfire Pizza locations throughout Southern California.

Requirements

• Great hospitality a must
• Have at least 1 full year as a service team member in a fast casual restaurant environment
• Able to work a flexible work schedule including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Multi-task and work different roles every day, including food runner, busser, expediter, counter and floor service
• Give guests great service
• Keep up with a fast-paced work environment
