Team Members will engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and support Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The role also involves merchandise recovery, store in-stock optimization (SISO), AD set duties, and adherence to company policies and safety programs.
