This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping the store and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading, merchandise stocking, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold brand promises. The position also involves engaging customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on VOC surveys, and supporting Omni channel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store. Additionally, the role requires participation in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes, as well as merchandise recovery and maintenance. The Service Team member will also support shrink and safety programs, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, and interact positively with colleagues, promoting the organization's vision and values. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing.
