About The Position
Bistro Bella Vita, part of Essence Hospitality, is looking for energetic Service Support team members (bussers & hosts) to help deliver an exceptional dining experience in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, people-focused environment and want to be part of a team that values service, respect, and excellence.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
- Support servers by keeping tables clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Anticipate guest needs and assist with creating a seamless dining experience
- Contribute to the smooth flow of service with energy and teamwork
