Pecheles Ford & Toyota is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Service Support Specialist to join our Service Department. This is a hands-on position that combines customer service, vehicle transportation, detailing, and lot organization to help keep our dealership running efficiently every day. Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Friendly, professional, customer-first attitude.
  • Strong work ethic with dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

  • Ability to follow directions and safety procedures.

  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Safely transporting customers to and from their homes or businesses while their vehicles are being serviced.
  • Maintaining a timely and efficient shuttle schedule.
  • Assisting customers in and out of the shuttle vehicle.
  • Communicating with the Service Department regarding shuttle schedules or delays.
  • Inspecting and reporting maintenance needs for shuttle vehicles.
  • Cleaning, detailing, and preparing new, used, and customer vehicles.
  • Washing, waxing, vacuuming, and cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors.
  • Inspecting vehicles to ensure they meet Pecheles quality standards.
  • Moving vehicles throughout the dealership and service areas.
  • Coordinating loaner vehicle check-in and check-out.
  • Placing stock tags and buyer's guides in vehicles.
  • Fueling vehicles as needed.
  • Keeping dealership lots, driveways, sidewalks, and work areas clean and organized.
  • Removing trash and debris from dealership grounds.
  • Performing other duties as assigned to support daily dealership operations.
