About The Position

This role is for a Service Support Representative located in Fond du Lac, WI, within the Central Support team. The representative will assist service operations and customers across the Midwest. Key responsibilities include delivering inspection results to customers (directly and via 3rd-party portals), handling customer correspondence, and collaborating with other departments. The role involves learning about mechanical and fire protection systems, processing sales quotes into work orders and maintenance contracts, and maintaining/growing the customer database system. The position offers structured daily tasks with a mix of projects and unexpected issues in a growing department.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while working both independently and within a team.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

Nice To Haves

• One to three years of prior experience in a service-related position.
• Associate degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
