About The Position

Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is seeking a Service Supervisor with pest control experience to join their growing team. This role involves leading a team of Service Professionals, ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and safety compliance across North Haven operations. Braman offers a supportive environment, structured training, and opportunities for advancement for dependable individuals. The Service Supervisor will also perform technical service work as needed.

Requirements

Pest control experience is required.
2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness and ability to occasionally perform technical service work in the field.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Comfort with Microsoft Office and operational systems.
Safe driver with a valid driver’s license and strong driving record.
Commercial Applicator License (Core) CAT 41 Supervisory License.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, support, and motivate Service Professionals through regular communication and field engagement.
Drive team performance through training, feedback, and performance management.
Foster a positive, accountable team culture.
Oversee scheduling, routing, and coverage to ensure uninterrupted service.
Review and approve weekly timesheets and coordinate with office staff.
Troubleshoot day-to-day operational challenges.
Perform technical service work as needed, including pest inspections and treatments.
Conduct ride-alongs, audits, inspections, and quality checks.
Ensure adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Support client audits and reporting efforts.
Adjust routes and resources based on business needs.
Participate in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends as needed.
