About The Position

Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is hiring a Service Supervisor to lead and support its field team. This role is based out of the Waltham office and is responsible for service areas including parts of Boston, as far north as Newburyport and as far west as Framingham. A company vehicle is provided. The position combines leadership, operations, and field support, making it ideal for someone with pest control experience who enjoys coaching others and solving problems in real time.

Requirements

• Pest control experience required
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working both in the field and in an office setting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Commercial Applicator License (Core) or ability to obtain (as required by Connecticut regulations)
• Background check
• Drug screening (excluding Marijuana/THC)

Nice To Haves

• Ability to obtain Commercial Applicator License (Core) as required by Connecticut regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Service Professionals in the field
• Monitor performance and provide ongoing training and feedback
• Oversee daily scheduling, routing, and service coverage
• Troubleshoot operational issues and support your team as needed
• Perform inspections and treatments when necessary
• Conduct ride-alongs, audits, and quality checks
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
