About The Position

As a Service Supervisor for the Seattle & Spokane area, you will manage local service operations, focusing on implementing and monitoring safety guidelines, providing learning opportunities for your team, effectively managing schedules and performance, collaborating across the organization, and leveraging new technologies. Your mission is to drive service business operations, promote a positive culture focused on safety and quality, achieve customer satisfaction, and deliver profitable business results.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant maintenance expertise.
- Supervisory experience, ideally leading a union-represented workforce.
- An appetite for learning an exciting and new field.
- Associate's degree in a related field or additional years of experience.
