About The Position

BAYADA is seeking an organized, proactive, and compassionate Service Supervisor to support the delivery of exceptional in-home care throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. This role combines field leadership, client service, employee support, and strong operational coordination to help ensure that clients receive reliable, high-quality care in the comfort of their homes. The Service Supervisor will oversee client visits, support and train Home Health Aides (HHAs), communicate closely with Case Managers, and help the office respond effectively to the needs of clients and employees. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful problem-solver who can see the bigger picture while staying attentive to the details that make a meaningful difference every day.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee client visits in the home and help ensure services are delivered safely, reliably, and in accordance with client needs.
  • Conduct frequent field visits throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area, with approximately 60–70% travel to clients’ homes.
  • Provide HHA training, coaching, and support to promote strong service quality and caregiver confidence.
  • Communicate directly with Case Managers regarding client needs, changes in condition, service concerns, and follow-up actions.
  • Build collaborative relationships with clients, families, HHAs, Case Managers, and the broader office team.
  • Identify concerns early, apply critical-thinking skills, and take proactive steps to resolve issues.
  • Help coordinate coverage, follow through on service needs, and maintain efficient workflows.
  • Balance multiple priorities while maintaining accurate documentation and close attention to detail.
  • Work autonomously in the field while remaining connected and accountable to the full team.
  • Participate in on-call responsibilities and provide support when urgent client or employee needs arise.
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and service-focused office culture.
